Snowy Pocatello Wedding portrait sessions are a favorite, and as a Jackson Hole wedding photographer I am blessed. Although the weather here in Pocatello, Idaho can be crazy, it’s incredibly beautiful! Snowy Pocatello weddings are so special. However, if you get some freshly fallen snow on the ground it’s incredible. Double points if there are big fat snowflakes falling, and there is snow on the ground. Let’s be honest. I have only had that situation happen a handful of times. Every-time we get those snowflakes there is no session on the books. Oh well, you can still get amazing images without them. Nevertheless, Pocatello is beautiful in winter!

The good thing about Pocatello is that there are plenty of locations! If you want water, come to Pocatello. Want mountains, come to Pocatello. Envisioning some pines? Come to Pocatello. We have amazing mountains. You don’t have to go into the mountains to look like you are. Pocatello is a perfect place to find locations that are only 300 feet from your car, and its not up a bumpy road. Im not joking. There are locations where you park the car, and snap some images. For instance, this comes in handy when you need to warm up. In other words, no one like red noses in photos!
