Pocatello family photographer is one of my favorite titles. You won’t want to miss this beautiful Pocatello Summer Family Session! You may recognize this family as they came to us last year for an outrageously beautiful fall session that still needs to be blogged haha, but also from my posts about Emmy’s rescue swimming class with ISR Scoresby Swim!

At one of Emmy’s lessons I was talking to the mama about when she wanted to get on my schedule. I assumed she wanted fall photos again, but she said GREEN! So, we got them in right away before my cruise!

The Location: Edson Fichter

Edson Fichter is one of my favorite locations. At the end of the summer you can safely walk into the river and it makes for gorgeous photos! There are multiple places for photos throughout the park. I find new places every single year. Plus, its one of my favorite places to walk to dog!

The weather was PERFECT, and the colors so vibrant! I couldn’t get enough of those silly girls! Family photos are A LOT for little ones. It’s not uncommon for kiddos to get overwhelmed and stimulated. Remember you don’t get photos done every week! However, some of my favorite moments to capture is when parents console their kiddos. It’s just candid, natural, and raw.

The tears soon turned into giggles and funny faces! I want you to know that I want to take the time for your children to feel comfortable. I want them to feel safe, and that they can trust me. Can you imagine just having a stranger meet up with you one night and then having them bark orders at you? I wouldn’t want to smile either!

At the very end I convinced them to get in the water and I love them so much!
