Sadie is an amazing Jackson Hole Family Photographer! She does these mini sessions that are only 10 minutes long, but you get so many amazing images in a short amount of time. I have no idea how she does it. Maybe its magic?

Merry Christmas, From Us

I wanted to wish you a very merry Christmas! I know this year can be difficult for so many. There are people who are spending the holiday without someone they love. There are some that are alone. Some are grieving. Maybe you didn’t get to give your kids the Christmas you wanted to give them. We spent many Christmases feeling a void in our lives from multiple losses. All we wanted was to experience Christmas through the eyes of a child. While we feel incredibly blessed to have our Emmy, we don’t forget the Christmases before her. Please know you are not alone, and that you are loved.

Christmas time is one that is full of music. Sadie and I love Christmas so much we were those annoying people listening to it before Thanksgiving! In the Bleak Midwinter is one of my most favorite songs. I heard it while I was serving a mission for my church. If you know anything about missionaries, you know they are POOR haha. Those two Christmases were not full of presents, but they were some of my most memorable. Why? Because I gave my heart. I served more than ever before. I held the hands of the lonely and sang to people who slipped away from this life so they were not alone in their final moments.
