Throughout Emma and Zac’s Logan Utah engagements I was brought back to the love I have for this area. I was SO excited when Emma asked me to take their wedding pictures, and I was more than happy to meet them in for their downtown Logan engagements. As a Jackson Hole photographer now, it was so exciting to be back at my old stomping grounds.

I met Emma 5 years ago in Knoxville, Tennessee where I was serving a mission for my church. I loved Emma and her family. Emma would teach people with us after school, and her mom would make us delicious meals + lots of food to take home! So, I was elated when I was asked to document this special time for Emma! I was even more excited to meet the guy she said, “yes” to! I found this old picture of us! Recognize the girl on the left? Yep! She is a Love and Story Studio bride too!

Zac is simply amazing for Emma! Their courtship was 100% timing! You see Emma was dating Zac’s friend back in August 2016. Obviously, nothing was going on at that time between the two of them. Then that said friend went on a mission but Emma and Zac continued to hang out. Well, that led to dating and the rest is history! I loved their love story so much, it only made sense that we showed that in their Logan Utah engagements.

Something I noticed with these two that’s unique is that they genuinely hang onto every word the other is speaking. When Emma was speaking you could see the love and adornment Zac had for her. When Zac was speaking you could see the happiness, respect, and joy in Emma. That genuine love and respect will take them far! It was such a joy to work with them during their downtown Logan engagements.

These two love video games, Chick-Fil-A, and going to the gym. I love one of those things too…. but its not the video games or gym. Ha! Their downtown Logan engagements were all jokes and giggles! They flowed and posed so effortlessly! Totally a dream couple to photograph!

I can’t wait for their formals session in the fall! They are going to take me to their favorite locations in Provo! Stay tuned for more of their love story!
